I just want to thank Oliver Morrisey for the support and assistance given whilst we contested a will made by my uncle where we (the surviving family members) felt our uncle was unable to responsibly make such a document. My uncle left the bulk of his estate to two charities and omitted his family altogether. One of the reasons he was put into a home was because he simply was not looking after himself either dietary wise or taking his medication, and cognitively he was not making responsible decisions – e.g. he was not paying his bills and food was rotting in his refrigerator. We were able to mount a case where with the assistance of medical records and good communication, Oliver was able to strike a deal with the charities, and we won 50% of the total estate. If you have any doubts about the fairness of an existing will then please don’t give up and consider working with Oliver for your needs. Thanks for everything Oliver. It is greatly appreciated.
